My first project for the party features pattern paper and an image from Doodlebug.

I started with a heavyweight white cardstock that was cut, scored and folded to make a standard A2 size card base. I cut a piece of green pattern paper to 4 1/4" X 5 1/2" and adhered it to the front of my card base. Next, I cut two different pieces of pattern paper down to 4" X 5 1/4" then cut them in two diagonally. I then adhered them to my card. I added a 1/4" strip of bright green cardstock over the seam.

I used an arch die to cut a piece of red dotted pattern paper to adhere my image to.  I found my image in the Silhouette store. I made it a print then cut image and used my Silhouette portrait to cut out my image. I adhered it to my red pattern paper after stamping my sentiment. I used some foam tape to adhere my focal point to my card. I added some stickles to the sprinkles, the cheeks, and holly berry.

I hope you will head over to the BYSH Cardmakers blog to check out the design team's inspiration projects, then link up your project for a chance to win one of the awesome prizes offered by our sponsors.

Thanks for visiting. Hope to see you at the party.

BYSH Cardmakers Sketch #41 Challenge

I'm back with one final inspiration project for the BYSH Cardmakers Sketch #41 Challenge. I thought it would be fun to make a shaker card using this sketch.

I followed the measurements on the sketch but turned my circle image into a shaker. My pattern paper is from Doodlebug. I used some sprinkles from Kat Scrappiness to fill my shaker window.  I cut a snowflake from some white glitter cardstock with my Cricut Maker 3. I used some glue dots to attach my snowflake to my acetate. I then white heat embossed my sentiment on some red cardstock then used a small circle die to cut out my sentiment and attached it to my snowflake.

If you haven't had a chance to join the challenge, there is still a few days to join in. Head over to the BYSH Cardmakers blog and check out the rest of the design team projects then share your project in our Facebook group.

Thanks for stopping by. Hope you come back again soon.

BYSH Cardmakers Spring Into Christmas Linky Party

Welcome to day one of the BYSH Cardmakers Spring Into Christmas Linky Party. The party runs April 21 - 28th. Lot's of time to link up your project for a chance to win a prize from one of our awesome sponsors.

To kick off the party I have this cute mini slimline card featuring this adorable little frog from our sponsor Newton Nook.

My card base is heavyweight white cardstock. I used some mini slimline dies from Spellbinders to cut my layers. Pattern paper is from an older Doodlebug 6" X 6" paper pad.

I stamped my cute image with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored it with my Spectrum Noir Tri-Blend brush markers. I used the matching die to cut him out. I attached him to a vellum circle that was then adhered to a red polka dotted pattern paper. I then adhered the circles with the frog to my card with some liquid adhesive.

I white heat embossed my sentiments on some red cardstock. I fussy cut the Mistle Toad sentiment out. To finish my card I added some enamel dots to my card.

Now it's your turn to join the party! Head over to the BYSH Cardmakers and link up your project.

So glad you stopped by. I hope to see you at the party.

Halloween Trio

Today I have 3 Halloween cards that I made.2 are mini slimline cards and 1 is a standard A2 card. I used heavyweight white cardstock for my bases.

For my first card I used paper from the Doodlebug Designs Happy Haunting 6" X 6" paper pad and coordinating 12" X 12" solid cardstock paper pad. I cut the pink paper using a Mini Slimline Wonky Stitched rectangle die from Kat Scrappiness. I used the 2nd largest die from the Mini Slimline Never Ending rectangle dies also from Kat Scrappiness to cut my pattern paper.  Most  of the images on the card are from the Odds and Ends Die cut pack. I used some Recollections Halloween dies and black cardstock to cut the tree, tombstones and bats. The house is popped up on the card and I white heat embossed my sentiment on the house's roof.

For my second card used some 6" X 6" Halloween paper from Stampin Up. The  stamped and die cut image is from Pink and Main. I just thought these  3 ghosts were too cute. I colored the Boo with my Arteza Alcohol Markers, gave the ghosts some rosy cheeks and colored the middle ghost's tongue. My ghosts are popped up on my card using some foam tape. I used some Stardust Stickles on their cheeks.

For my final card I again used some of the Stampin up pattern paper for the layers on my card. I also used another Recollections Halloween Die Set to cut my ghost. I added a small scrap of black cardstock behind his eyes and mouth so he matched the ghosts on the pattern paper. I used a pink alcohol marker to give him some rosy cheeks. He is adhered to the card with some liquid adhesive.

My sentiment is die cut from the Reverse Confetti Boo die. The die comes with both the word and a shadow layer. I used black and orange cardstock to cut the word out. I adhered them together with liquid adhesive and then popped it up on my card using foam tape. I added some black diamond stickles to the top layer and a few confetti elements to embellish the card.

I appreciate you all stopping by today for a visit. I hope you will hop over to Kat Scrappiness to check out their mini slimline dies as well as their entire website. They have some great stamps, dies and embellishments for your projects. Hope to see you again soon. Please feel free to leave me a comment.

Here Comes the Easter Bunny

Today I have another Easter card for you. I started with a white card base cut, scored, and folded to make a 4 1/4" X 5 1/2" card.  I used My Favorite Things Wonky Stitched Rectangle dies to cut my patterned paper. The patterned paper I think is from Doodlebug. It is an older paper pad and I no longer have the cover so don't know the name of it. Sorry.

My bunny image is from a die set from Sizzix's called Easter Icons.  I added some cute little egg sprinkles from Buttons Galore Sprinkletz Collection called Easter Eggs. They were the perfect size.

I white heat embossed my sentiment using a stamp from the Honeybee Stamps Hoppy Easter stamp set.  I added my green panel I added to my carrot paper with foam tape and adhered everything down to my card base with some liquid glue.

Thanks for stopping by for a visit today.
