Isn't this Morehead Ecstasy Craft just the cutest! Kim has some of these in the Ecstasy Craft section of the store and I believe there are new ones still be be loaded to the CHA section so be sure you shop both places. I have for you today a quick Get Well card I made for friend recovering from knee replacement surgery.
My card base is white card stock cut and scored to make a 4 1/4" X 5 1/2" card base. This card is a portrait card. My patterned paper is from the My Minds Eye On the Bright Side One paper pad. I cut the blue mat at 4" X 5 1/4". I then used my Elegant Edges cartridge to cut the mat my Image is sitting on. I cut the shadow and top layer using the Oblong creative feature at 3 1/5". I adhered the mat with some foam tape to my card front.
I put my little kitty together using the Joy! Foam pads. I strongly recommend that you get at least one package of each of the sizes of these foam pads. They work great with the Ecstasy Craft images for layering. I used some Scotch Quick Dry adhesive to attach my kitty image to the mat.
To dress up my card a bit I used some of the Peel Off Flourishes. The ones I have are gold with an iridescent look to the leaves. Here is a close up of just one of the flourishes.
Aren't they beautiful? And still this picture does not sow of the shimmer and shine of the flourish. You will have to get some for yourself to really see their loveliness.

Warm Fuzzies!
So the mother of a member of one of the online groups I belong to had surgery on Christmas Day. She asked if we would send her a card. So here is a card I created to mail her. This is also my first Cricut Imagine project. I used the Nursery Tails art cartridge to create the card. My card base is a a 5" X 7" white card base. I cut the image and used the layer feature. These were all cut at 4 1/2". I then took the base layer and enlarged it to 5" and flooded it with a pattern from the cartridge. I also created on more base layer and sized it to 5 1/2" and flooded it with a solid green also from the cartridge and print and cut both of these out. I wanted a mat for my main cut. I popped the flower and owl up on some foam tape. I also added a couple of Prima Flowers that I secured together with a brad and attached to my card with a glue dot. Since I was mailing the card I wanted to keep the embellishments simple and so they didn't stick out too much. The sentiment on the outside of the card says Sending Warm Fuzzies.

Get Well Soon
Here is a quick get well soon card I made this afternoon. The card is made from white card stock and is 4 1/2" X 6. The orange mat is 4 1/4" X 5 3/4" and the dark pink mat is 4" X 5 1/2" made from some Bazzill card stock I had on hand. The print mat is from the DCWV Stack 6 and is 3 3/4" X 5 1/4". I then used a Fiskars embossing and edge punch to punch the bottom of each mat. The ribbon is some I got from Craft Warehouse. The butterflies were from the Graphically Speaking Cricut Cartridge and cut at 1 3/4" from both the orange and pink Bazzill card stock and adhered with foam tape. I wanted to bling it up a little so went over the butterflies with some Crystal Stickles. I am not too happy with the way they photographed, it looks as if the stickles are still a little wet in spots so they appear a little clumpy. They don't look that way on the actual card. If I get a chance to take another picture I will after they have dried overnight. The Get Well Soon stamp is from Hero Arts and I used a Pearlescent Coral Brillance Ink Pad.
