Morgan's Art World Challenge #10

 

It's time for a new challenge over at Morgan's Art World. I used this Rooster from the Garden 4 images. My card base is 4 1/4" X 5 1/2" white cardstock.  I cut a piece of pattern paper to 4 1/4" X 5 1/2" and adhered it to my card base. I also cut a piece of pattern paper 1 1/2" X 5 1/4". My pattern paper is from a Simple Stories Garden Farmhouse 12" X 12" paper collection.  I adhered my rooster using some foam adhesive. My sentiment is a sentiment strip that I cut from the pattern paper collection. To finish the card, I added some black gems around the sentiment and the rooster.

Morgan's Art World Challenge #9

 

It's time for a new challenge over at Morgan's Art World. I used these butterflies from the Garden 10 Butterflies images. My card base is 4 1/4" X 5 1/2" white cardstock.  I cut a piece of pattern paper to 4 1/4" X 5 1/2" and adhered it to my card base. My pattern paper is from the Paper Rose Butterfly Bliss 6" X 6" paper pad. I adhered my butterflies using some liquid adhesive under the bodies and some foam dots under their wings. I stamped my sentiment with some Versa Claire Nocturn Ink and added a few sequins to finish the card.

Morgan's Art World Challenge #8

It's time for a new challenge over at Morgan's Art World. This is my project for the challenge. I used Teddy for my image. I felt like it had a vintage look to it so after cutting my image out I distressed the edges with some Vintage Photo distress ink.  I cut my pattern paper layers as well as my focal image using some Honeybee Stamps Deckle Edge A2 dies. My card base is kraft cardstock cut, scored and folded to make a 4 1/4" X 5 1/2" card.
