Kat Scrappiness Valentine's Day Card

 

Today I have for you a Valentine's Day card featuring products from Kat Scrappiness. My card is a standard A2 size card. 

I started with the Love Doodles Black 6" X 6" paper pad. I took this pink paper and embossed it with the Love Doodles 6" X 6" Stencil. It's subtle and hard to see in the picture but in person you can see it. I then picked two of the pattern papers and die cut them with the smallest die from the Stitched Scalloped Rectangle Craft Dies. I cut three rectangles from each pattern paper. I then adhered them to the front of the card offsetting them and overlapping them slightly.

I then used the Simple Sentiments-Valentine's Edition stamp set to white heat emboss the sentiments on black cardstock. I then used the Universal Simple Sentiments Craft Die to die cut my sentiments out. I ready for a card. then picked out three sentiments to put on my card. If you haven't tried the Simple Sentiments stamp sets, you need to check them out. Stamp once, die cut once and you end up with a bunch of sentiments. There are currently four stamps available.

To finish my card, I added some Clear Glass Bubbles to the front of the card. They look pink on the card and match the background paper exactly, which is why I chose them.
