It is time once again for a new 3D challenge at
CardzTV. The new challenge is to make a 3d Treat Box or Bag for Valentines Day. Here is what I came up with.
This little treat box is a free file that I got from
SVGCuts.Com. The box cuts out as all one piece and you can get two out of a 12" x 12" sheet of paper. They go together quickly They hold two of the Lindor Chocolate Truffles easily. If you've been wanting try SVG files this is a great one to start with. I cut these with my Silhouette Cameo but you can cut them on your Cricut Explore as well. A bit of good news, Design Space 2.0 will bring in these cuts at the correct size which makes them easier to work with in the software.
The file also comes with the little tag. I resized it to fit my sentiments I wanted to use and cut two out of some light pink card stock. I ran a small piece of bakers twine through the whole in the end of the tag and tied a little bow. Stamped my sentiment and adhered the tag to the front of the box with a glue dot.
My sentiments came from two different CardzTV stamp sets,
Sugar Rush and
Hugs and Kisses.
Now it is your turn. Show us your 3D Treat bags or boxes for Valentine's Day. Be sure to link up over at
CardzTV for a chance to win a set of
CardzTv Stamps. The challenge will run for two weeks.
