It's Christmas in July - Stocking Shaker Card

I am back with a new project for the Cutting Cafe.  We are celebrating Christmas in July.  Today I have for you a Stocking Shaker card as well as a tutorial video for you.

    Deanna, you've made a beautiful shaker card here. I love the mixture of sequin colors inside that really make it look snowy. Wonderful tutorial! :)
