I have a fun new birthday card using more products from Kat Scrappiness.
To make my card I started with some heavyweight white cardstock that is cut, scored and folded to make a 4 1/4" X 5 1/2" card base. I then took another piece of heavyweight white cardstock that was 4 1/4" X 5 1/2" and ran it through my die cutting machine with Layered Party Banner Coverplate Die. I then took the layering banner dies and cut them from several of the polka dotted paper from the Birthday Essentials 6 X 8 Paper Pad. After die cutting the banner pieces I adhered them to the Coverplate Die. I used some small strips of foam tape to adhere the coverplate die to my card base.
I then used the balloon dies from the Birthday Essentials Die set and some of the solid colored cardstock in the Birthday Essentials 6 X 8 Paper Pad to cut 3 balloons and strings for my card. I adhered them to the upper right-hand corner of my card.
I used some stamps from my stash for my sentiment. I white heat embossed the birthday on red cardstock and stamped the happy with some red ink on white cardstock..
To finish my card, I added some sequins from my stash and some stardust stickles to the center of the sequins as well as some of the polka dots on the banners.
If you haven't had a chance to explore the embellishments over at Kat Scrappiness I encourage you to! They have a ton of embellishments including pearls, sequins, and clay embellishments.
I appreciate you stopping by today. I hope to see you again soon. If you haven't checked out Kat Scrappiness I really encourage you too.
What an adorable cute and festive HB card!!!!!!
