Dear Santa. . .

I have made my first Christmas card of the season!!!! This is what I came up with.

I found this adorable little squirrel on the Jolly Holidays Cricut Lite cartridges.  I cut the squirrel and his layers at 3.5".

My card base is white card cut and scored to make a 4 1/4" X 5 1/2" card base.  I added a red mat cut at 4" X 5 1/4" and then a patterned paper mat cut at 3 3/4" X 5.  The polka dotted mat is actually the reverse side of the striped mat and is cut at 1 1/2" X 3 3/4".

Once I got the different layers adhered to the squirrel base I added some Hero Arts Prisma Glitter to the white ball on top of his hat, the hat trim and the white stripes on the candy cane.

It was a quick and easy card to make.  Thanks for stopping by.
